Doing a cleanse now and have 4 children....I thought it would be difficult to cook family friendly meals that everyone would enjoy but so far no complaints to be heard. Found eliminating the not recommended foods really easy except for the fermented ones...thanks you so much for suggesting Braggs soy sauce! and word to the wise....herbs really are your best friend during this step towards a healthier life/lifestyle!

This was my first experience with detoxing. I am an older woman and have had some bloating and belly fat issues. I felt generally yucky and fat. My sister-in-law suggested I do this in October. I bought the kit and got called back to work so I did not start the program until 12 days ago. Yup this is my last day and I feel great and look better than I have in a couple of years. I did not measure before I started but I believe I lost anywhere from 4 t0 6 inches off my belly, maybe more. I have way more energy.
I thought the diet would be difficult but it wasn't at all. There are way more things you can eat than there are that you can't. I got more variety in my diet with heart healthy foods instead of my old lazy standbys. Even my husband was good about it all and truly enjoyed most things I cooked or served him.
It was a good experience and I had fun with it. I will do this again and I am going to buy the Cookbook. I did struggle with some meals and the cookbook I think would take some of that way.
My bloodpressure has come way down and if I continue eating more in a detox friendly way I will be able to get off all bloodpressure and cholesterol medications and health supplements. That is my goal.
I am so happy I did this. You will be to, only good can come from eating healthy. (Yes, I am speaking to myself also)
